Returns Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Products:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of face masks, underwear, or any other sealed products that have been opened after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect product).
Refund Process:
Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
